I think that eventually somebody or some group of people is going to start looking for Polly. There are plenty of people that Polly made friends with whilst she was with John. Any logical person would investigate if one of their friends went missing mysteriously.
I think that someone is going to somehow find Polly's body and realize that John was responsible. People aw already getting suspicious of John lies because they are not very well put together. polly's family is soon going to realize that she isn't sick in the hospital like John said and they will be furious. I'm hoping that John finally gets caught and put in jail because what he did was awful and only done for selfish reasons.
I think that Polly's family love her so much that once they get to the point where they KNOW something is wrong that they will hire someone to go to Canada, or go to Canada themselves to try and find her. John cannot keep up with his lies forever. EVENTUALLY someone is going to find a hole in his stories and he will be caught in the web of his own lies. Polly has a lot of people that care about her and I think John didn't realize just how many people that would be affected from her disappearance and start asking questions; however I believe even IF John knew how many people she had formed relationships/friendships with his actions would have still been the same because he has no morals, conscience, or sense of right vs wrong.

I know that once they see John with another woman and Polly no where in sight, John will be in deep, deep trouble.

I think the police are going to start investiagting Polly's death and find out what actually happened to her and arrest John. Polly's family really loves her and they won't just give up on her... THey are very worried right now because they aren't receiving any letters from Polly which they know isn't like her... So I think that they are going to hire someone to try find Polly or they will come to Canada themselves and search for her.
I think that Polly's family will eventually become so worried about her silence that one of them will go to Canada to initiate the investigation into her disappearance.

ReplyDeleteI believe that Polly will be found, and John's story not adding up, as well as the evidence will lead to the arrest of John.
